No Grass and World Time Control take the two things that hide a camper in DayZ out of the equation: ground clutter stops covering prone survivors, and night stops forcing you into a light source that gives your own position away.
OBS Capture Protection works on what leaves your machine instead, keeping the overlay out of anything you stream or record, so a clip never shows more than the game does. Run them together for full control, or enable them one at a time depending on how legit you want to look.
